Terms of Service

1. Service Description
YesGaffa provides a cloud-based platform for grassroots football club management, including financial operations, matchday management, sponsor CRM, and fan engagement. The service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings page.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until renewal.
- Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Features beyond the new plan's limits become read-only.
- Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
3. Account Security
You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials between users — each user must have their own account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process data without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to access other clubs' data or bypass access controls.
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the platform without written permission.
- Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing communications.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service.
- Upload malicious code, excessively large files, or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Data Ownership
Your club retains ownership of all data entered into the platform. We process it only to provide the service. You may export your data at any time via the export feature or by submitting a data access request.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) or force majeure events.
7. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect for serious breaches.
- On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
- Financial records are retained for 7 years in anonymised form as required by UK law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or financial losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
